My name is Angelica Gomez, owner of Blue Orchids Cleaning Services. Over 10 years ago, I was forced into a career cross-roads after being down-sized as part of the economic downturn that affected the insurance industry. As I explored new career opportunities, I knew that I had a passion for helping people and I sought the flexibility to care for my children. In particular, I wanted to make sure I was able to be there for my son’s therapies and activities as we navigate his journey with Asperger’s Syndrome, a type of autism.
I began cleaning houses and it quickly became one of my passions. Over time, I realized that I could turn my passion into a professional, reliable and responsible service company that focused on providing detail-oriented cleanings with kindness.
Blue Orchids Cleaning Services was born. Our name is in honor of the emblematic flower of my country and the color blue is associated with autism. Additionally, blue orchids are synonymous with harmony, trust and loyalty – three tenets we strive to provide with each and every cleaning service.
Our mission is to deliver cleaning services with consistency and efficiency, arriving on-time, to clean with integrity.
We conduct background checks and follow-up with references for all of our new team members. Each and every team member is then trained to meet the high standards required by Blue Orchids Cleaning Service. We consider it a privilege to clean your home and our duty to do so safely and responsibly.
